Admissions open for session 2026–27 — Classes 1–9 and Class 11.
How Admissions Work
Thank you for thinking of Gurukul Sanawad for your child. We are open to students from Sanawad, Barwaha, and across Khargone district. The process is simple — no unnecessary paperwork, no complicated steps. Our office team is here to walk you through everything.
Enquiry & Campus Visit
Call or WhatsApp us, or simply come to the school. See the campus, meet the team, ask what you want to know. We will show you around.
Registration
Fill in the registration form and submit it along with the required documents and the registration fee.
Brief Interaction
For some classes, we will invite your child for a short interaction or simple assessment — just to understand their current level and learning needs.
Admission Confirmed
Once everything is in order, we confirm the admission. Documents are submitted and formalities completed at this stage.
First Day
Your child joins the Gurukul Sanawad family. We will make sure it is a good start.
A Few Things to Know
- ✓ No child will be turned away on grounds of caste, religion, gender, or place of birth — as per the Right to Education Act, 2009.
- ✓ We do not charge any donation or capitation fee. What is in the fee structure is what you pay — nothing more.
- ✓ Seats are limited. If you are interested, reach out now rather than later.
- ✓ Admission to Class 11 depends on stream availability and the student's Class 10 board performance.

- ✓ Birth Certificate of the student
- ✓ Previous class Mark Sheet / TC (Transfer Certificate)
- ✓ Aadhar Card of student
- ✓ Parents' Aadhar Card
- ✓ 4 passport-size photographs
- ✓ Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- ✓ Character Certificate (for Class 6 onwards)
